LACTO-FIT
Chong Kun Dang Health's cultured-ferment range.
LACTO-FIT is Chong Kun Dang Health's cultured-ferment range and the best-known one in Korea. The formulas differ by strain blend and by who they are aimed at rather than by dose. Core names all eight of its cultures and adds zinc; Gold publishes only that it has six. Gold or Core: what actually differs.
We do not use the word probiotic as a selling point: it is a health claim, and it is not authorised across the EU. Where the maker does not publish a figure — the guaranteed colony count, the quantitative declaration — the product page says so rather than filling the gap.
