Products and placing an order

Read the product description, ingredients, allergens, quantity and directions before ordering. Product information and the terms displayed when you order form part of your purchase. Contact us before ordering if anything is unclear. We will not substitute a different product or formula without your agreement.

Select your items and quantities, review your basket, enter your delivery details and choose an available delivery and payment method. You can correct these details before the final payment step. That step places an order with an obligation to pay. We confirm receipt by email. Keep your confirmation and a copy of these terms. The language currently available for placing orders is English. We keep a record of your order and can send you a copy on request. If an item is unavailable or we cannot lawfully fulfil an order, we will contact you promptly and refund the affected payment; an alternative requires your agreement.

Prices, payment and delivery

The currency, item prices, applicable taxes charged by us, delivery charge and order total are displayed before payment. Payment methods are those available at checkout. No recurring purchase is created unless you separately select and expressly agree to one.

Orders ship from South Korea. Delivery is available for the products and addresses accepted at checkout. Our delivery service includes customs clearance, import duties and import taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid), included in the total shown before payment. This applies both to paid and free shipping. Our shipping policy explains delivery charges, arrangements and what to do if a carrier requests an additional import payment.

We are responsible for delivery, including when a supplier or logistics partner dispatches your order. The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. Your remedies for late delivery remain available.

Withdrawal, returns and problems

Eligible purchases have a 14-day withdrawal period from receipt, subject to the product-specific legal exceptions explained in our returns policy. That policy contains the procedure, return address, costs, reimbursement rules and an optional withdrawal notice. Sale items and food categories are not automatically excluded.

You retain the legal guarantee of conformity and the remedies provided by applicable consumer law. This is separate from a change-of-mind return. A food's normal shelf life and storage requirements still apply; a legal guarantee is not a promise that a consumable keeps for several years. Tell us if goods are faulty, unsafe or different from what you ordered. Do not consume a product that appears unsafe.

Contact, complaints and applicable law

Send complaints to the email or postal address above, including your order details and the remedy you seek. Returned parcels go to Calle Murta 19, Bajo A, 46980 Valencia, Spain, as explained in the returns policy. The business address and returns address are different.

Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of habitual residence where applicable. Disputes may be brought before the courts available under applicable consumer jurisdiction rules; these terms do not require exclusive proceedings in Murcia. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes to these terms apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change an existing purchase.
