Dispatch from South Korea
Our orders are dispatched from South Korea through our suppliers. This describes the delivery route; it does not establish where every ingredient was grown. See shipping and delivery and customs, VAT and duty when planning an order.
Manufacture and ingredient origin
We state the country of manufacture and ingredient origins where the source for the specific product identifies them. A product made in Korea may contain ingredients from another country. The nationality of a brand does not resolve that question.
Products and sourcing
We source the branded products in our selection through Korealy and K-Dropshipping. Product information is checked against the available manufacturer and supplier records for the relevant pack.
Seoul Rituals is an independent retailer. We do not claim to be a brand's authorised distributor or to hold a distribution agreement unless that relationship can be documented. A brand name, logo or photograph alone is not proof of authenticity.
Information for the exact reference
Packaging, composition and instructions can change between markets and product versions. We do not assume that two listings with similar names contain the same formula. If essential information conflicts, the reference needs further review before it can be offered.
Availability in Korea does not establish eligibility for sale in every destination. Our selection approach keeps product documentation and destination requirements part of that review.
