We start with the exact product and pack, then look at the information that makes it possible to choose with confidence. A familiar brand name alone is not enough.
Identify the exact pack
We compare the product name, format, net contents and number of units. Different pack sizes, recipes and generations of a product are reviewed separately. A description for one version should not stand in for another.
Check the information behind the description
We use identified manufacturer and supplier sources for ingredients, allergen information, preparation and storage. Where a source states an origin or a quantity, we keep its meaning and units. Tasting notes describe flavour; they do not replace an ingredient list.
When sources disagree or we cannot confirm essential information for a reference, we hold it out of the selection while it is reviewed. We do not invent missing figures or treat the absence of an allergen statement as proof of absence.
Consider the destination
A product being sold in Korea does not establish that it can be sold in every destination. Product information, labelling and import requirements need to be checked for the relevant market before it is enabled.
Make the comparison useful
For tea, compare ingredients, net weight, portions and preparation. For gift sets, compare each included tea and the number of units. For supplements, distinguish the amount of the finished product from the amount of an ingredient or concentrate.
A larger box is not automatically better value for the way you intend to use it. Include delivery in the comparison and choose a format you can prepare and store comfortably.
Keep the selection understandable
Our tea guides explain formats, preparation and buying a gift. The brand directory links to the ranges currently shown in the catalogue. If you spot a difference between a pack and our description, tell us the product and pack size so we can review it.
