Orders are dispatched from South Korea with tracking. Preparation and international transit are separate stages.
Delivery availability and estimates
A country appearing in a selector is not confirmation that we currently sell every product there. Available services depend on the order contents and delivery address. We do not promise worldwide delivery or a uniform arrival date for all products.
Preparation can include sourcing, checking and packing the product. Transit includes customs processing and local delivery. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed, we deliver without undue delay and no later than 30 calendar days after the contract is concluded. If you need a gift for a particular date, contact us before ordering.

The €45 threshold applies after discounts, before adding delivery charges. These rates apply to destinations and products currently available at checkout; country and product restrictions still apply.
Import costs
Our service includes customs clearance, import duties and import taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid), for both paid and free shipping. These costs are included in the total shown before payment. If a carrier requests payment of these charges, contact us so we can resolve it. Our customs guide explains what to do.
Tracking and delivery problems
Tracking is provided after dispatch. Updates can pause while carriers or customs process a parcel; a pause alone does not establish whether it is delayed or lost. Contact k-panda@k-kare.com with your order and tracking details if you need help.
We are responsible for delivery and will help with late, missing, damaged or incorrect orders. A carrier investigation does not remove your rights against the seller. Do not consume a product with a damaged seal or signs that it may be unsafe.
When your order arrives
Check the pack, its date marking and the manufacturer's storage and use instructions. Keep the product under the conditions stated on its label. Contact us if the label differs from the product page or information is missing; do not assume that an old or badly stored product is safe.
