Our delivery service includes customs clearance, import duties and import taxes (DDP — Delivered Duty Paid). These costs are included in the total shown before payment, including on orders with free shipping.
What you pay
The order total includes your products, applicable taxes and any delivery charge. Shipping is free from €45 after discounts. Below that threshold, shipping is €6.99 to Spain, €8.99 to other available EU destinations and €9.99 to other available international destinations.
If a carrier asks for an import payment
You should not have to pay the covered import charges again to receive your parcel. Contact us with the order number and the carrier's notice so we can resolve it. If you have already paid a covered charge, send us the receipt so we can arrange reimbursement.
Available destinations
Delivery is offered only for the products and addresses accepted at checkout. This includes checking availability for islands and territories with separate import arrangements. A country appearing in a selector does not mean every product is available there.
