An Earl Grey whose bergamot is joined by yuja peel and post-fermented tea from Jeju. Worth reading the declaration honestly: the tea base is 89.35% Indian and 10.65% Jeju, so this is a Korean-made blend rather than a Jeju-grown tea.

The yuja gives it a rounder, more marmalade-like citrus than a classic Earl Grey. Pyramid bags; brew at 90 °C for three minutes.
